Job Description

Position Title:
Spa Manager (Operations & Marketing)
Position Overview:
The Spa Manager serves as a direct support role to the Owner, acting as an extension of leadership in daily operations, team oversight, and marketing execution. This position is responsible for helping implement the Owner's vision, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality, and maintaining a high-performing, luxury-standard client experience. This position works closely with and reports directly to the Owner to support business growth, team productivity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Owner Support & Operations Assist the Owner with daily business operations, priorities, and task execution Help implement systems, workflows, and initiatives directed by the Owner Act as a point of support for staff while reinforcing the Owner's expectations and standards Provide updates, reporting, and feedback to the Owner on business performance Team Performance & Accountability Support oversight of team productivity, sales goals, and daily performance Reinforce accountability to KPIs (sales, rebooking, retail, client retention) Assist with staff coaching, guidance, and maintaining a results-driven culture Help ensure team alignment with business goals and service standards Marketing Execution Assist in executing marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, in-spa promotions) Coordinate and help implement events, specials, and seasonal campaigns Ensure marketing efforts reflect the Owner's brand vision and messaging Collaborate with external marketing partners as directed by the Owner Front Desk Oversight & Client Experience Support front desk operations, scheduling flow, and daily organization Ensure a seamless, elevated client experience from arrival to checkout Assist in managing client communication, reviews, and service recovery Help optimize booking flow to support provider productivity and revenue Inventory & Spa Maintenance Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and product organization Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to the Owner Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa Coordinate basic maintenance needs and vendor communication as needed
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:
Management experience required Some Saturday and late-evening availability required Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong ability to execute and follow direction while taking initiative Experience in medspa, aesthetics, or luxury service environment preferred Sales-aware mindset with ability to support team performance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, team environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
