- Display effectively, communicate and hold all retail associates accountable for The Triology.
- Assist with ensuring all audit requirements are met on a daily basis.
- Participate in all quarterly inventories to audit standards.
- Collaborate with Retail Director/Buyer/Retail Lead Supervisor in order to achieve budgeted retail revenues and profits.
- Assist with the monthly mark down plans.
- Perform shop walk-thru to insure proper merchandising, stocking and overall cleanliness.
- Assist with the interviewing and hiring of retail associates as needed based on business levels.
- Assist with leading inspiring morning Stand-up meetings that motivate retail associates to provide great customer service and sell.
- Assist with training for retail associates in sales procedures and customer service.
- Assist with ensuring all new hires are trained to standard as well as all 30/60/90-day checklists are completed as required.
- Assist with ensuring all Moments of Service checklists are completed monthly and documented.
- Perform Manager on Duty functions as needed in the absence of the Lead Retail Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 1 year's supervisory experience working in a customer orientated environment.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language required, must be able to communicate with guests and staff professionally and with empathy.
- Commitment to exceeding the expectations of customers, always operating with a strong attention to detail to the client's needs.
- Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a State of Florida Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit.
- Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, walk or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
- Requires repetitive motion, including utilizing telephone/computer for an extended period or for an entire shift.
