What You'll Do:
Leasing & Business Development Manage all aspects of leasing operations, including property tours, prospect follow-up, lease negotiations, and lease execution. Maintain high occupancy levels through proactive leasing and relationship-building efforts. Present available suites professionally and enthusiastically to prospective tenants. Tenant Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with suite tenants and management teams. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Help create a positive and supportive environment where beauty professionals can thrive. Marketing & Promotion Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new tenants. Promote our salon suite locations as premier destinations for beauty and wellness professionals. Participate in community outreach and networking opportunities to support leasing goals. Operations & Administration Manage lease renewals, tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs. Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation. Support daily operational activities to ensure each location runs smoothly and efficiently. Team Collaboration Work closely with management and staff to foster a collaborative, positive, and productive workplace culture. Contribute ideas and solutions that help drive continued growth and success. Qualifications Previous experience in leasing, property management, apartment management, HOA management, or a related field preferred. Proven sales and customer service experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience with lease agreements and contract management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and general computer applications. Prior management experience is required.
