Nail Salon Manager

Nail Salon Receptionist at Ooh La La Nail and Spa! Ooh La La Nail and Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused manager to be the face of our luxury salon! As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings. Handle transactions, process payments, and manage the register. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with retail product sales and recommend services to clients. Support nail technicians and management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (salon/spa experience preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is a plus. A positive attitude and passion for the beauty industry!
