Job Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure every staff member has a passion for service and that they provide an exceptional client experience consistently
- Manage the addition of new team members and the process in which that takes, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training
- Drive salon performance by educating staff on how to promote our products, memberships, and services
- Develop and implement team incentives and initiatives in membership and product sales
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Management experience
- Excellent client service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging
- Act with integrity, passion, and in the best interest of Boardroom
- Be a model of our core values
- Ability to deliver, take, and apply feedback
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
