This role is ideal for an experienced Retail Manager, Salon Manager, or Spa Manager looking for growth within a multi-location organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, staffing, and overall studio performance Lead, coach, and develop a team of service providers and front desk staff Drive sales, membership growth, and client retention Ensure excellent customer service and client experience Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational processes Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, and retention Support local marketing and business development efforts

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Studio Manager, Retail Manager, Salon Manager, or Spa Manager Strong sales and performance management experience Experience leading and developing teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

Beauty, wellness, spa, or membership-based business Experience with retail sales, client retention, and service-based operations
