Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused Salon Coordinator to oversee the daily flow of spa operations and provide an exceptional experience for every client. This is a leadership-focused front desk role that goes beyond reception duties—our Salon Coordinator sets the tone for hospitality, ensures smooth transitions between appointments, and supports both clients and technicians throughout the day. Salon Coordinator Nhien Head Spa & Wellness - Katy, TX Part-Time or Full-Time Key Responsibilities Greet clients with courtesy, professionalism, and attentiveness Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times Answer calls, respond to messages, and manage bookings in Zenoti Confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments according to spa policies Set up and serve tea and light snacks post-service Monitor laundry: restock towels/robes, and run loads throughout the day Perform light finishing tasks (e.g., blow drying) when needed Keep the front desk and lobby clean and inviting Coordinate with head spa therapists to manage daily client flow Process checkouts, manage payments, and redeem deposits accurately Provide info on spa services and product offerings Support general administrative tasks and ensure a calm, welcoming space Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and not currently in high school Prior customer service or salon/spa front desk experience preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, organized, and punctual Able to multitask while staying detail-oriented Comfortable using scheduling/POS systems (Zenoti experience a plus) Flexible schedule—must be available weekends Interest in wellness, luxury beauty, or hospitality is a plus What We Offer Join a growing team in a luxury wellness environment Employee discounts on spa services and retail Calm, beautifully curated workspace Room to grow as the business expands If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and thrive in a refined, client-focused setting, we invite you to apply and be part of the founding team at Nhien Head Spa & Wellness.
