About the Role We're looking for a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and drive studio performance. This role is ideal for someone who is people-focused, goal-driven, and ready to take ownership of a growing business. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of lash artists and front desk staff Drive membership growth, retention, and overall revenue Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance goals Oversee scheduling, staffing, and studio operations Maintain a high-level client experience and resolve concerns Manage inventory and ordering Support in-studio promotions and local marketing efforts What We're Looking For Previous leadership or management experience (beauty, retail, or service industry preferred) Strong communication and team leadership skills Sales mindset with the ability to drive results Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable managing goals, metrics, and accountability
