Salon Manager

Position Overview The nudeFX Salon Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Fredericksburg salon while creating an elevated client experience, supporting artist growth, and driving location performance. This role blends leadership, hospitality, sales, organization, and operational excellence to ensure the salon runs smoothly and continues growing. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, client-focused, and excited to lead within a fast-growing luxury beauty brand. Core Responsibilities1. Salon Operations + LogisticsSpray Tanning Schedule The Salon Manager is expected to work 3-4 spray tanning shifts per week. Additional coverage or support shifts may occasionally be required based on business needs. Inventory Management The Salon Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the salon remains fully stocked and operational.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting a weekly inventory review Submitting inventory reports by end of day Monday Placing weekly product orders for the upcoming week Proactively monitoring low-stock items before they become urgent Maintaining organization and cleanliness of all inventory areas 2. Artist Leadership + Team ManagementRecruitment + Hiring The Salon Manager will oversee recruiting efforts for new spray tan artists, including: Reviewing applications Conducting interviews Assisting with hiring decisions Supporting onboarding and training processes Training + Development Managers are responsible for helping guide artists through the nudeFX training timeline. Managers should provide consistent coaching, support, and accountability throughout the onboarding process. Performance Reviews + Team Support Responsibilities include: Conducting 30-day, 90-day, and annual performance reviews Providing regular artist check-ins and growth conversations Supporting team accountability and development Maintaining a positive, professional, team-oriented salon culture Quarterly Team Meetings The Salon Manager is responsible for scheduling and leading quarterly team meetings. These meetings should reinforce salon goals, team culture, promotions, and operational updates.

Schedule Management Responsibilities include:

Managing the salon schedule and staffing coverage Maintaining consistent artist schedules Coordinating coverage for call-outs and shift changes Ensuring salon hours remain properly staffed Supporting appointment movement only when absolutely necessary 3. Client Experience + CommunicationCommunication Management The Salon Manager is expected to actively monitor and respond to client communication channels, including: Calls Voicemails Text messages Emails Prompt, professional, and warm communication is a key part of the nudeFX client experience. Client Follow-Ups Managers are responsible for conducting weekly follow-ups with new clients from the previous week every Monday. These check-ins should help strengthen client relationships, encourage retention, and maintain a luxury hospitality experience. 4. Sales + MarketingSalon Performance Goals The Salon Manager will help lead the salon toward quarterly appointment and retail goals.

Managers are expected to:

Track location performance Support artist motivation and accountability Encourage retail education and membership growth Help drive overall salon revenue Promotions + Team Communication Responsibilities include: Promoting nudeFX sales and campaigns during appointments Ensuring all artists are informed on current promotions Sending bi-weekly team communication updates Supporting marketing initiatives that drive bookings and engagement CRM + Client Retention Managers will utilize the salon's CRM systems to: Promote sales and promotions Fill open appointment availability Drive customer retention and engagement Support text and email marketing efforts Marketing Events + Pop-Ups Managers are expected to help plan, organize, and attend local marketing events and community partnerships to continue growing brand awareness within the Fredericksburg market.
