Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator who will ensure the studio runs smoothly, efficiently, and impeccably clean at all times. This role goes beyond front desk duties — it is essential in maintaining the overall flow, organization, and operational standards of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strict cleanliness and organization throughout the entire studio at all times Manage daily laundry (towels, sheets, robes) and ensure consistent availability Monitor and track inventory (backbar + retail) and notify team of low stock Assist with restocking treatment rooms and keeping all supplies organized Support smooth daily operations and team workflow Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth Manage appointments, calls, and client communication Ensure the waiting area and front desk reflect a clean, luxury environment Assist in maintaining overall spa standards and accountability across the team

Qualifications:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done without being told Values cleanliness, structure, and efficiency Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

Experience in spa, medical office, or hospitality environment Familiarity with inventory management or operational tasks

From $15.00 per hour
