We are seeking a Salon Manager / Lead Stylist to help lead our growing luxury salon. This is a working management position, meaning you'll continue building and serving your own clientele while playing a key role in coaching team members, supporting salon operations, and helping drive the success of the business. We are preparing to move into a brand-new salon facility and are looking for a strong leader to help us continue building something special. What You'll Do Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, balayage, styling, and extensions Build and maintain a loyal clientele while delivering an elevated guest experience Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and positive energy Support daily salon operations and ensure a smooth, organized work environment Coach and mentor stylists and salon assistants Help recruit, onboard, and develop future talent Support retail growth and guest retention initiatives Assist with scheduling, team communication, and performance accountability Foster a positive, drama-free culture focused on teamwork and growth What We're Looking For Current Washington State Cosmetology License Minimum 2 years of salon management experience Active clientele preferred Strong technical skills behind the chair Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing team members Professional, organized, and self-motivated Passion for education, team culture, and personal growth Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience, leadership ability, and clientele Leadership incentives available Ongoing education and professional development Career advancement opportunities Supportive ownership team Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing salon Why Join Our Team?
