Northwest Academy is seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and encouraging Student Clinic Supervisor to guide future massage therapists as they gain hands-on clinical experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced massage practitioner who wants to give back to the profession, share their expertise, and make a meaningful impact on student success—all while working in a supportive educational environment. What You'll Do As a Student Clinic Supervisor, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and clinical resource for students as they transition from the classroom into real-world practice.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising student massage therapists in a professional clinic setting Coaching students in treatment planning, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making Assisting with SOAP note documentation and recordkeeping Providing guidance on massage techniques, professionalism, and client communication Supporting clinic clients with scheduling questions and overall satisfaction Helping maintain a positive, organized, and successful student clinic experience Why You'll Enjoy This Role Make a lasting impact on future massage therapists Share your clinical knowledge and professional experience Work with motivated students eager to learn Flexible scheduling options Supportive and collaborative educational environment
Available Shifts Mondays:
5 PM
