What You'll Do As our Operations Spa Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of Flutter & Wink while partnering directly with ownership to help continue growing one of Clark County's premier luxury day spas.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and support our team to maintain exceptional service standards Oversee daily spa operations and front desk performance Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Optimize scheduling, treatment room utilization, and daily productivity Hold team members accountable to expectations Maintain an elevated luxury client experience Monitor KPIs, production goals, retail sales, and business performance Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Assist with payroll preparation and administrative reporting Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members Collaborate on marketing initiatives and business growth Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements Help implement AI tools that improve efficiency and elevate the client experience Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming environment What We're Looking For We care more about mindset than industry experience.
