Join our spirited team at Tambry, where you'll gain access to engaged teams, guaranteed clients and a reliable weekly paycheck. Our Area Managers consistently earn an impressive $39 to $50 per hour! Base wage = $25/hr + commissions, bonuses, tips. With 13 area locations, If you're ready to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and take on the challenge of let's connect! What You'll Do Coach and develop Salon Managers to build strong teams and achieve outstanding results. Create positive salon cultures where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow. Recruit, develop, and retain stylists across multiple salon locations. Lead the team while cutting behind the chair 25 hours per week Partner with managers to drive performance, solve challenges, and celebrate wins. Support underperforming salons with hands-on coaching and actionable improvement plans. Lead by example, staying connected to salon operations and stepping in when support is needed. Ensure a consistent guest experience and execution of company standards across all locations. Build future leaders and help create career growth opportunities throughout the organization.
