Medical Spa Manager (Aesthetic Experience Required) Altoona, WI
  • River Prairie Wellness Center Full-Time or Part Time
  • 32 hours Max Compensation (based on years of experience): $65,000
  • $75,000 with opportunity for growth as the clinic continues to expand About Us Seven at River Prairie Wellness Center is a luxury medical spa located in Altoona, WI, where wellness meets results.
We specialize in advanced aesthetic and wellness services designed to help patients look and feel their best, combining high-level clinical expertise with a personalized, elevated experience. Our team is intentionally small and highly skilled, all working together to deliver consistent, high-quality care. The clinic is led by Dr. Robert, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and Medical Director, bringing a strong clinical foundation and reputation for excellence. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a strong leader who can bring structure, accountability, and an elevated experience to the next level. Position Overview This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily operations, team performance, reporting oversight, and the overall patient experience. This role requires strong delegation, accountability, and the ability to lead a team in a structured, high-expectation environment. Culture is a key priority, and this individual will help maintain a positive, professional, and team-driven workplace. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Oversee scheduling, workflows, and daily clinic flow Ensure reports are being run and utilized to support performance Maintain a consistent, high-end patient experience Manage inventory, retail, and supply levels Address escalated patient concerns Identify and implement operational improvements Requirements Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic setting required Proven leadership experience with strong delegation and accountability Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills Experience reviewing reports or performance metrics preferred Confident communicator with the ability to lead a team and make decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Education in business, leadership, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred What Sets You Apart You take initiative and lead with confidence You are comfortable holding people accountable You bring energy, structure, and professionalism You are goal-oriented and results-driven Additional Expectations Participate in regular meetings with the Medical Director and leadership team Apply Today If you have a background in aesthetics and are ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
