Position Overview This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily operations, team performance, reporting oversight, and the overall patient experience. This role requires strong delegation, accountability, and the ability to lead a team in a structured, high-expectation environment. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Oversee scheduling, workflows, and daily clinic flow Ensure reports are being run and utilized to support performance Maintain a consistent, high-end patient experience Manage inventory, retail, and supply levels Address escalated patient concerns Identify and implement operational improvements Requirements Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic setting required Proven leadership experience with strong delegation and accountability Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills Experience reviewing reports or performance metrics preferred Confident communicator with the ability to lead a team and make decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Education in business, leadership, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred What Sets You Apart You take initiative and lead with confidence You are comfortable holding people accountable You bring energy, structure, and professionalism You are goal-oriented and results-driven Additional Expectations Participate in regular meetings with the Medical Director and leadership team Apply Today If you have a background in aesthetics and are ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
