  • Part-time Guest Experience Coordinator (Front Desk) Savoye Salon Spa | Green Bay, WI At Savoye, front desk is not an entry level position—it's a leadership role in the guest experience .
Salon Industry Experience is needed. We're looking for someone who can own the energy, flow, and first impression of our space while supporting a high-performing team and elevated client journey. You are responsible for creating a seamless, luxury experience from start to finish: Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Manage incoming calls, texts, and online bookings with accuracy and care Maintain an organized, efficient, and calm front desk in a fast-paced environment Coordinate scheduling to support team productivity and maximize opportunities Anticipate guest needs and solve problems quickly and effectively Handle guest and team concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-focused thinking Support daily salon flow—communication, timing, KPI's, and team coordination Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued, taken care of, and excited to return Performance Focus Expectations Strong guest relationships and consistent 5-star experiences High pre-booking and guest retention support Smooth, efficient daily operations with minimal errors Confident decision-making under pressure Proactive communication with team and leadership Living our values and Mission statement You'll thrive in this role if you are: Friendly, welcoming, and naturally connect with people An exceptional communicator with strong people skills A proactive problem solver (you bring solutions, not problems) Self-motivated and take ownership without needing constant direction Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure Energized by a fast-paced, team-driven environment Bonus Strengths (Not Required, but Valued) Comfortable helping capture or create content with our social media director Eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling Willingness to be part of Savoye's online presence and growth Experience in Excel 3 plus years Experience in high level customer service We don't just talk about values—we hire and lead by them: Powerhouse
