What You'll Do:
Support Salon Operations:
Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily operations and provide leadership and tools to ensure stylist success. Lead by
Example:
Deliver all hair care services offered by Cost Cutters with the highest quality, setting the standard for excellence.
Coach and Mentor:
Act as a coach and mentor to salon employees, fostering a positive work environment and bringing out the best in your team.
Recruit and Develop Talent:
Assist in hiring, recruiting, and training staff while handling conflicts and client complaints with professionalism. Pathway to
Advancement:
As an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Salon Manager role, with promotion from within being a key focus.

You hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
