MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Alterations Specialist to join our team. (2 positions open) The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities:
- Perform alterations and repairs on various types of clothing and garments
- Interact with customers to understand their alteration needs and provide recommendations
- Use sewing machines and other tools to complete alterations in a timely manner
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on all alterations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in sewing techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of fashion retail industry trends
- Experience operating sewing machines
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
