as a
DRYCLEANING
PRESSER and become an essential part of our dedicated team! In this role, you will ensure garments look their best and provide top-notch service to our valued customers in CT.
Responsibilities:
Press and finish garments to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Operate pressing machines and steamers efficiently and safely. Inspect garments for stains or damage before pressing. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Follow company policies and procedures for garment care. Assist with inventory management as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in dry cleaning or garment pressing preferred. Knowledge of fabric types and proper pressing techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
