Duration:

1-2 months (with strong potential for longer-term work) About the Role We're hiring part-time help to assist in the production of our handmade hair accessories. This is an in-person role that involves hands-on work like cutting ribbon, gluing, labeling, packaging, and some light hand-sewing. If you have excellent fine motor skills, love working with your hands, are organized, perfection-oriented and enjoy detail-oriented tasks, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Cutting ribbon using hot tools Gluing and assembling bows Labeling and packaging finished products Hand-sewing charms onto bows Working with ribbons, clips, and other materials Sewing with our sewing machine What We're Looking For Excellent fine motor skills Very high attention to detail Ability to follow instructions carefully Dependable, focused, organized, and neat Able to work with your hands for several hours Comfortable sitting or standing during tasks No long nails (fine work requires precision) - this is very important Work Environment This is quiet, focused work — you may listen to music or audiobooks with headphones , as long as it doesn't slow you down. No phone calls or distractions while working , as this leads to errors. - this is important Casual and respectful atmosphere — we care about quality and precision. Bonus Skills Experience with sewing or crafts Experience with handmade products or jewelry Past work in production or assembly-type roles

Schedule & Commitment Part-time:

4-8 hours/day Flexible hours available (we can work around your schedule somewhat)
