  • We aim to be a trusted style partner for life About the Role Arthur + Lucca is seeking an experienced Master Tailor to join our team as an independent contractor.
This role is ideal for a professional who values precision, craftsmanship, and the art of refined tailoring. Our studio focuses on exceptional fit, clean design, and understated elegance. Responsibilities Perform detailed alterations on men's suits, jackets, trousers, and shirts Execute advanced tailoring techniques, including shoulder adjustments, sleeve work, and shaping Ensure each garment maintains proper structure, balance, and drape Work confidently with high-end fabrics and structured garments Collaborate with fittings staff to deliver a precise, client-specific fit Qualifications Proven experience in men's suiting or custom tailoring Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fine finishing Skilled in hand and machine sewing techniques Exceptional attention to detail and quality Professional, dependable, and organized Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor Flexible weekly schedules and very flexible shift start/stop/break times. 1099 Contract Role
