Duties Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications and patterns. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet design standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Skills Accurately cut garments to pattern specifications. Demonstrate a strong understanding of garment patterns and construction techniques. Proficiency in using various sewing machines and tools for garment construction. Strong understanding of fabric types and their properties for effective sewing techniques. Ability to sew accurately, demonstrating attention to detail in all work produced. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
