Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality alterations and repairs on various garment types (dresses, suits, pants, etc.).
• Operate industrial sewing machines, sergers, and pressing equipment.
• Take correct customer measurements and give styling/fit advice.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Seamstress, Tailor, or in garment construction.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and garment construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
