Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw fabrics into high-quality garments through expert sewing and garment construction techniques. Your craftsmanship will ensure each piece meets our standards of excellence, contributing to the creation of beautiful, well-made clothing items. This position offers an engaging opportunity to apply your sewing skills in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are paramount. Duties Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble garments according to design specifications and patterns Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, hemming, and finishing details with precision Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring all seams, stitches, and fabric alignments meet standards Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings to accurately produce various clothing items Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing or warehouse environment Assist in fabric handling, measuring, and pattern matching to ensure consistency across production runs Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Experience Proven experience in garment construction or sewing, demonstrating proficiency with various sewing techniques Skilled in operating sewing machines and related tools with accuracy and speed Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production is highly desirable Previous warehouse experience is a plus, especially in environments requiring careful handling of materials and equipment Ability to interpret technical patterns, instructions, and specifications clearly and accurately Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finished products Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that values efficiency, teamwork, and craftsmanship
