The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our embroidery department, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for textile arts.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Setting up and operating embroidery machines. Load and unload garments or textiles onto the embroidery machines. Monitor the machines during operation to ensure accurate and consistent stitching. Aligning apparel to ensure accurate embroidery.

Design Preparation:

Prepare and work with digitized designs for embroidery, ensuring they meet customer specifications. Select appropriate thread colors and materials based on design requirements.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards. Make adjustments or corrections as needed.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning and minor repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with machinery.

Inventory Management:

Assist in managing and organizing inventory, including threads, fabrics, and other materials. Keep accurate
