Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team specializing in custom window treatments. The ideal candidate has strong sewing experience and is confident constructing high-quality Roman shades with precision and consistency. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys craftsmanship, working with beautiful fabrics, and seeing projects come together from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Sew and assemble custom Roman shades from start to finish Measure, cut, and prepare fabrics with accuracy Install lining, interlining, rings, and hardware components Follow design specifications and work orders carefully Inspect finished products to ensure high quality standards Maintain an organized and efficient workspace Collaborate with designers and team members on custom projects
Qualifications:
Proven sewing experience (professional or advanced hobbyist) Experience making Roman shades or similar window treatments preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read measurements and follow project specifications Familiarity with industrial sewing machines preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines Ability to communicate in English Nice to

Experience with drapery, cushions, pillows, or upholstery
