This role involves creating custom tattoos and body piercings while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sterilization protocols. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork in a welcoming environment, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to all health regulations. Responsibilities Perform tattooing and body piercing procedures with precision and artistic skill. Engage with clients to understand their design ideas and provide professional guidance. Maintain a clean and sterile work environment by following established sterilization protocols for tattoos and piercings. Ensure compliance with Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) certification requirements, obtaining certification if not already certified upon hiring. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a comfortable experience for clients from consultation through aftercare. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of client information and procedures performed. Stay updated on industry trends, safety standards, and new techniques to continually enhance skills. Skills Proficiency in professional art or design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating tattoo work. Experience in tattooing and body piercing preferred; training will be provided if necessary. Knowledge of sterilization protocols specific to tattooing and piercing environments. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong attention to detail, artistic ability, and steady hand-eye coordination. BBP Certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hiring is required.
