Location:

Helena, AL Schedule:

1st shift, 4-day workweek.

Pay:

$22.00

00/hour, depending on experience

Fitter Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication plans
• Fit and assemble structural steel and metal components
• Measure, cut, align, and position materials accurately
• Use hand and power tools and fabrication equipment
• Ensure components are properly aligned and fitted before welding
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality
• Work efficiently while meeting production and quality standards

Fitter Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Fitter, Structural Fitter, or similar fabrication role
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong measuring and layout skills
• Experience working with structural steel or heavy fabrication is preferred
• Ability to use common hands and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
