Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required No prior experience required; willing to train the right candidate Strong listening skills and willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to read and follow work instructions and production procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Must pass a drug screen and background check Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Job Duties:
Bond composite and metal materials to fabricate aircraft parts and structures Measure, cut, and apply bonding agents according to specifications Operate equipment such as autoclaves, hot bonders, and ovens during the bonding process Sand, finish, inspect, and repair aircraft components as needed Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance and accuracy Inspect completed parts for defects and ensure they meet aerospace specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production goals while maintaining high quality standards Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned More Than Just a Paycheck.
