Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Heavy Fabric Sewer & Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sewing and assembling heavy-duty fabric components used in industrial applications. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality, durable fabric products that meet safety and performance standards. This position offers an energetic environment where your craftsmanship and efficiency will directly contribute to our company's success. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble heavy fabric materials with precision and consistency Cut, measure, and prepare fabric pieces according to detailed specifications and work orders Sew multiple layers of fabric, ensuring strong seams and adherence to quality standards Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all items meet safety and quality requirements Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times during fabric handling and sewing operations Experience Prior experience in garment construction or fabric sewing is highly preferred Proficiency with sewing machines, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills Experience working in manufacturing environments, especially with heavy fabrics or industrial textiles Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and material movement Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us in creating top-quality heavy fabric products!
