We specialize in vans and RVs, with a heavy focus on suspension, drivability, and real off-road capability. We install lift kits, shocks, struts, control arms, leaf springs, and full suspension systems on platforms like Transit, Sprinter, Econoline, and Chevy vans & RVs. If you care about how a vehicle actually rides, handles, and performs — you'll fit in here. What You'll Be Doing Install lift kits, shocks/struts, springs, and full suspension setups Work on core suspension components (control arms, ball joints, etc.) Support full van builds when needed (electrical, interior, misc.) Keep your workspace dialed — tools, parts, and workflow stay clean and organized What We're Actually Looking For Real, hands-on suspension experience — this is the priority You can turn wrenches without someone standing over your shoulder You understand torque specs, proper installs, and why they matter You show up on time, work hard, and take pride in clean, correct work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Big bonus points and pay increase if you can do quality welding Why Savage You'll do real suspension work — not basic maintenance $25-$40+/hr based on what you can actually do, not what you say you can do Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow into full builds and higher-end installs Small crew, no corporate layers — just solid work and accountability
