At MAD Detailing (MAD 4X4), we pride ourselves on delivering vehicles that look and feel their absolute best. We're seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated and experienced Detailer who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and creating an exceptional customer experience. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for making vehicles look incredible, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles to meet or exceed company standards Vacuum, shampoo, and steam-clean carpets, upholstery, and floor mats Clean, condition, and protect leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces Buff, polish, and wax vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove minor imperfections Remove dirt, tar, and other surface contaminants using specialized tools and chemicals Clean and polish wheels, tires, and trim, applying protectants when appropriate Ensure windows and mirrors are streak-free, inside and out Perform Marine and RV Detail services as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect finished work to ensure the highest level of quality before returning the vehicle to the customer Safely move vehicles in and out of bays and around the lot as needed Assist with window tinting or paint protection film installation Communicate effectively with team members and management about vehicle condition and any additional recommended services

Qualifications:

Previous detailing experience required. Experience with Marine and RV detail services Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results Good communication skills and highly organized Familiarity with detailing tools, cleaning products, and techniques Knowledge of Tint, PPF and ceramic coating is preferred but not required Valid driver's license Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
