Upholstery Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for installing enclosures on golf carts and stapling upholstery for various golf cart seats, and other items. Your expertise in fabricating, stapling and assembling will contribute to delivering high-quality finished products that meet our clients' expectations. Duties Fabricate and assemble upholstery components using various materials, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Employ power tools and hand tools effectively to assist in the restoration process. Measure, cut, and staple fabrics according to specifications while maintaining precision and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and improve production methods. Requirements Proven experience as an Upholsterer or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using sewing machines, power tools, and hand tools relevant to upholstery work. Knowledge of auto restoration techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy materials or standing for extended periods. A commitment to producing high-quality work that meets client specifications.
