We are looking for a detail-oriented Painter to join our production finish team. What you'll be doing: In this role, you aren't just spraying parts—you are the final touch that ensures our products are durable, beautiful, and ready for the world.

Your day-to-day will include:

Mastering Safety:

Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment. Mastering the

Finish:

Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision.

Keeping Things Moving:

Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth.

Quality First:

Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station.

Total Care:

Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient.

Collaboration:

Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead cranes and rigging. What you bring to the table:

A Keen Eye:

You have a proven ability to follow technical specs and a commitment to "zero-defect" delivery.

Reliability:

You're a team player who values safety and shows up ready to contribute.

Technical Basics:

A high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a standard vision test (corrective lenses are fine!), and the physical aptitude to handle the demands of the shop floor.

Great Communication:
