Job Description
Full Job Description Job Summary Premier Products is a leading manufacturer of Seating, HVAC Systems and Windows to the RV Industry. Our corporate offices are located in NJ and our production facility is located in Elkhart, Indiana. We are looking for talented, dependable individuals who are detail-oriented. Candidates need solid experience in a seat manufacturing & assembly environment. While reporting to Production Management, as a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which are outlined below: Operate industrial sewing machines to sew upholstery components, including leather, vinyl, fabric, and other specialty materials. Assemble seat covers, cushions, armrests, headrests, and other seating components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Inspect materials before sewing to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain consistent stitch quality, alignment, and seam strength. Measure, cut, and trim materials as needed. Work closely with upholstery, assembly, and quality teams to ensure products meet customer expectations. Identify and report material defects or production issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
