This role builds the most complex and visible pieces in our shop—custom millwork that requires precision, judgment, and the ability to execute without a step-by-step playbook. You will take detailed shop drawings and turn them into finished products that meet both quality and timeline expectations. Your work will often be the first thing a client sees. What This Role Isn't Not repetitive production work Not a role for someone who needs constant direction Not a place to prioritize quality at the expense of production pace Both matter here. You are expected to deliver high-quality work at a professional, consistent pace .
