West Quincy, MA, 02169 Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dry Cleaner Specialist to join our team in West Quincy, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry cleaning processes. This role requires a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all garments are handled with the utmost care. Responsibilities Perform dry cleaning services on a variety of garments and fabrics using industry-standard equipment and techniques. Specialize in the cleaning, preservation, and restoration of wedding gowns and delicate formal wear. Inspect garments for stains, damage, and fabric type to determine the appropriate cleaning method. Handle customer garments with care, ensuring timely and accurate processing and return. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Communicate effectively with customers regarding garment care instructions and service options. Qualifications Proven experience in dry cleaning, preferably with experience in wedding gown cleaning and preservation. Knowledge of various fabric types and appropriate cleaning techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay Range:
