This is a hands-on production role. You will sew fabric and other materials on industrial machines and help finish upholstered seating. Quality and a clean stitch matter. What you will do Sew covers, cushions, and other upholstery parts from patterns Work with fabric, vinyl, and similar materials Sew zippers, seams, and piping as needed Help with cutting, fitting, and finishing upholstered pieces Check your work for quality before it moves on Keep your machine and work area in good order Follow safety rules and work with the production team What we need Industrial sewing experience (upholstery sewing preferred) Exceptional attendance and on-time arrival Good attitude and willingness to work with others Steady hands and attention to detail Ability to stand, sit, and work at a sewing station for a full shift Ability to follow patterns and written work orders Nice to have Furniture upholstery experience Experience with walking-foot or other industrial machines Experience sewing leather or heavy fabrics Ability to help with cutting or fitting covers on frames People who show up, take pride in their stitch work, and treat the team well do well in this role.
