build products we would be proud to put our name on. Position Overview We are looking for a Production Sewing Technician to join our team. This role is centered on sewing and assembling soft goods to a high standard of quality and consistency. The right person does not need years of industry experience. We are willing to train the right individual. This is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, coachable, and takes pride in doing work well. What You'll Do Sew and assemble soft goods and sewn components according to established construction methods Follow work instructions, tech packs, videos templates, and quality standards Inspect your own work for accuracy, consistency, and workmanship Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production space Work with the team to solve problems and improve workflow where appropriate Handle materials, components, and finished goods with care Support other areas of production as needed, including cutting, prep, kitting, finishing, and packaging Contribute to a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We are looking for people who take pride in their work, want to keep learning, and can be trusted to do things the right way. The right person for this role: Does their best work, always Communicates clearly and delivers their own news first Can stay on task in a busy production environment Can self-manage and stay productive without constant supervision Can stay focused and maintain quality while working under deadlines Sees the job through to completion This role also requires the practical mindset and hand skills that good sewing work depends on, including: Strong attention to detail Consistency in repetitive, precision-based work Good hand control and comfort working with tools, materials, and industrial sewing equipment Ability to stay organized, focused, and productive through hands-on shop work Willingness to accept coaching, apply feedback, and improve steadily Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to sit for long periods while performing sewing and production work Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm motions Must be able to work with materials and products safely and carefully in a hands-on shop environment Training Training will be provided. Depending on production needs and candidate availability, this role may be structured as full-time or part-time, with flexible daily hours or flexible weekly scheduling.
