$17.00/HR ? Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM ⏰ 40 Hours Per Week ? Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity A local furniture manufacturer in Archdale is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Upholstered Furniture Inspector to join their team! ?
JOB DUTIES
Learn and apply quality standards for all upholstered furniture styles Inspect finished furniture for quality and workmanship Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors Remove dust and debris using a pneumatic air blower Trim loose fabric strings when needed Steam upholstery to minimize or eliminate wrinkles Occasionally use approved cleaning solutions to remove dirt or spots Use touch-up markers and pens on finished components when needed Read order copies and check off furniture as it is completed and ready Keep order paperwork organized and maintain a clean, organized work area ✅
REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail Ability to learn and follow furniture quality standards Must be able to identify and communicate quality issues Must be able to read order copies and labels Must speak enough English to communicate with coworkers and supervisors Dependable with good attendance Must be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced furniture manufacturing environment #LIND26
