Job Description

Job Summary The Frame Builder assembles high‑quality furniture frames by following production specifications and orders, ensuring accuracy, strength, and consistency at every stage of the build. Essential Job Duties 1. Reads and interprets production/job tickets to determine specifications. 2. Assembles frames at the workstation using pneumatic and manual tools, such as a chop saw and band saw. 3. Retrieves necessary frame parts. 4. Glues, fits, and clamps parts to sub-assemble to form a complete frame. 5. Handles multiple projects quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet deadlines while adhering to quality standards. Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities Other duties as assigned. What you'll do Assemble furniture frames using power and hand tools Read production tickets and measurements accurately Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent required. Some Furniture and/or Upholstery manufacturing experience preferred. One or more years of frame building experience preferred. Knowledge of wood-working and frame assembly. Ability to accurately read measurements. Communication proficiency. Time Management Skills. Basic math skills. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use a hand truck/dolly. Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
