You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will.... Support the manufacturing process by preparing, inspecting, and supplying materials or assembling furniture pieces on the production floor. Maintain quality standards by inspecting for damage, verifying ticket information, and ensuring parts and covers match each piece. Wrap, pack, and protect finished furniture for shipping according to established protocols. Track and organize materials or kits, resolve supply issues, and communicate effectively with upholsterers, trimmers, and supervisors. Adhere to safety practices, PPE standards, and company values while contributing to a respectful, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work on a variety of tasks including furniture wrapping, line supply preparation, and hands-on upholstery work depending on assignment and skills. Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates…. 1-5 years of experience in an upholstered furniture manufacturing environment. Ability to read production tickets and follow documented procedures. Good attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and ability to work independently. Comfortable using basic computer systems for tracking and communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others in a team-focused production setting. We prefer some of these qualities as well…. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Basic computer skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Ability to interpret upholstery manuals and written assembly instructions. Experience in high-end or custom furniture manufacturing. Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role…. Ability to stand for up to 10-hour shifts. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. frequently and push finished furniture across the floor. Ability to bend, twist, and maneuver furniture parts and frames.
