What You'll Do Full frame-up upholstery , including: Webbing, spring work (8-way hand-tied, sinuous, coil) Foam build-up and padding Precision fabric cutting, sewing, and application Work on a wide range of pieces: Sofas, sectionals, and lounge seating Dining chairs, barstools, and accent pieces Custom and commercial projects Execute clean, consistent work based on detailed work orders Collaborate with our prep, design, and production teams What Makes This Role Different At Finish Pros, you are not running a business—you are mastering your craft. Compensation & Benefits Piece-rate pay structure with published rates (you know what each job pays upfront) Typical earnings: $68,000 - $80,000/year Consistent 40-hour work week with steady year-round work
