Position Overview:

We're looking for skilled, detail- oriented, and motivated Detailers to join our growing team. If you have a passion for boats, an eye for precision, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and restoring a variety of watercraft, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

✅ Wash, wax, buff, and polish boats and yachts to a mirror-like shine ✅ Clean and condition upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces using professional techniques ✅ Apply protective coatings and sealants to enhance and preserve finishes ✅ Polish metal fixtures, windows, and hardware to spotless perfection ✅ Ensure each job meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

✔ Previous boat or auto detailing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates ✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship ✔ Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, indoor and outdoor environments ✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (truck/SUV preferred, but not required) ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
