Duties Operate professional upholstery cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners and extraction machines, to thoroughly clean sofas, chairs, mattresses, and other fabric surfaces Assess the condition of upholstery and select appropriate cleaning methods based on fabric type and level of soiling Remove stains, dirt, pet dander, and odors using safe, effective cleaning solutions Prepare work areas by protecting surrounding furniture and flooring before cleaning procedures Follow safety protocols to ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Communicate clearly with clients about the cleaning process, results, and any additional services needed Maintain detailed records of each job performed, including materials used and areas cleaned Requirements Previous experience in upholstery or carpet cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move furniture or equipment throughout the workday Knowledge of fabric types and appropriate cleaning techniques is a plus Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites Embark on a career that combines technical skill with customer service excellence!
