Job Summary:

Jon Title:

Hanger S.A. Comunale is seeking a Hanger for the Fabrication Shop. The Hanger is responsible for creating the hangers used to hang pipe in varying projects that the company completes. This job must be done in a timely and accurate manner, while working with small details and intricate designs. This position is represented by the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #219. This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast paced multi tasked environment with a focus towards detail and accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Pick materials needed to complete each project Read and interpret blueprints/sketches to measure and cut rod accordingly Assemble pipe hangers efficiently and accurately Bag, bundle, and band materials as directed Input information into computer Interpret information already in computer

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience working in a fabrication shop or factory setting is a plus. Basic computer skills are required. #comunale
