As a Shop Helper , you'll support daily shop operations, keep materials organized, and learn valuable skills in CNC and saw machine operation . Key Responsibilities Move materials by hand and keep products organized Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate material tracking Learn to operate CNC machines and saw machines over time Maintain proper identification of all machined parts and remnants Keep the shop clean by sweeping, mopping, and organizing as needed Essential Skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong verbal communication Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Skills Teachable, adaptable, and eager to learn Interest in learning new processes and machine operations Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
