Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The Aircraft Interior Technician performs removal, repair, and reinstallation of aircraft interior components on corporate and VIP aircraft, including seating, cabinetry, and soft goods. Executes disassembly and reassembly tasks while ensuring proper fit, finish, and compliance with interior standards. Requirements Position Details

  • Corporate Jet / VIP Aircraft
  • Contract
  • Must provide own tools
  • $25.00-$30.00/hour Education & Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-5 years of corporate jet or VIP aircraft interior mechanic experience
  • Experience removing and reinstalling aircraft interior components, including seats, sidewalls, cabinetry, and bulkheads
  • Experience in disassembling and reassembling soft goods components, including seats, divans, side panels, and headliners
  • Experience removing and replacing fabric and leather on interior components
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
  • Removes aircraft interior components, including seats, cabinetry, side panels, and bulkheads
  • Disassembles and reassembles soft goods components, including seat assemblies, divans, and headliners
  • Reinstalls interior components, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish
  • Replaces fabric and leather on interior components as required
  • Inspects components for damage and coordinates repairs as needed
  • Follows work instructions and maintenance documentation to complete assigned tasks
  • Maintains clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards
