Job Description

Garage Helper Motor Coach Industries:
United States, Texas, Dallas May 12, 2026 MCI is North America's public and private market motor coach leader. Products include the luxury J-Series (an industry best-seller for over a decade), the workhorse D-Series, and the brand new zero-emission luxury and commuter coaches: the battery-electric J4500 CHARGE and
MCI D45 CRT LE CHARGE. MCI

POSITION GOAL
Responsible for custodial duties including washing, sweeping, scrubbing, and detailing buses; servicing bus restrooms; cleaning vehicle upholstery; maintaining shop area and exterior lot; and moving parts within the shop (excluding coach movement).
Physical Activity/Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds with assistance. Perform repetitive tasks involving bending, kneeling, and crouching. Physical capability to climb ladders, work on elevated surfaces, and access confined spaces. Skilled in using hands and arms for tool handling and precise equipment operation. Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete for extended periods (8+ hours). Visual and hearing acuity to read diagnostic information and detect vehicle sounds. Work in environments with noise, vibrations, dust, fumes, and temperature changes. Comfortable wearing PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots for long durations. Physically and mentally able to follow safety procedures and handle equipment safely.
