Role Description QA Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Foaming / Upholstery Production team member to join our Kent, WA facility. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for assisting with foam preparation, upholstery assembly, material handling, and furniture production. No prior upholstery experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist with fitting and installing foam, fabric, and upholstery materials onto furniture frames Measure and cut foam and materials using templates and production specifications Support furniture assembly and production processes Use hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and staple guns safely Help inspect furniture frames and materials for quality and defects Stretch and secure fabric and webbing materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow work orders and production instructions accurately Support team members and production goals as needed Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Manager or leadership team Qualifications Entry-level position — willing to train candidates Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work with hands and learn new production skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Why Join QA Group?
